id artist - please help

I received this print in early 2011. I'm not at all sure who the artist is, and I'd like to find out.

What I know:
- the eyes are Audrey Hepburn's
- it was likely purchased from a gallery in Key West, FL
- the artist is male, and still alive

I'm looking to sell it, so any and all help identifying the artist is greatly appreciated.
