Looks like Gres, de l'etang, France. I know au bord de l'etang is a region. I assume this stamp is the region where it was made - a bit like being stamped West Germany.. Nice vase.

The mark we can read at the bottom is “Grès de l’Etang”, unfortunately we do not know them.
