25% reductions but no posting(health reasons) you have to go to get thembig ed wrote:He has a lot of stuff , but I thougt a bit pricey when we visited there a while back .

Not for me anymore Paul , I used the fat lava stuff as a platform for other things years ago , but things would have to be dirt cheap to get into again 25% is good for collectors but not to re sell .

Re: everything must go WGP sale
yes its more for people who live nearby, you sold that wgp vase quite well I've a few of that pattern but wouldn't pay that much especially with postage
Re: everything must go WGP sale
No , Your Right , for example I paid £4 for a scheurich the other week that sold for £24 so with deuctions it's still nice little profit , that's the sort of target I would be looking for , it helps if you know what the best makers are , some sellers just think WGP and not much else .

Re: everything must go WGP sale
I'm 30 miles down the road so the hubby and I will be popping over to have a look.
Have the vintage how show the week after and fat lava lamps always make strong money. He also has a few pieces of glass I fancy for my own collection
Plus we actually like him a lot and want to pass on our best wishes

Picked up a lovely Walter Gerhards table lamp (double bulb) with original shade. Looks fantastic with the enormous floor lamp I purchased previously.
A very reasonable £65 pounds as well will post some pictures when I get a minute
