Howdy people, I’m kind of new on your forum and have not posted much so I’m hoping I have entered this into the correct place. I just wanted to let others know about a TEABOWL EXHIBITION that is to take place Friday 4th April until Sunday 6th April 2014 at The Harlequin Gallery in South East London – Google name for more details. If your into your Studio Pottery and Teabowls specifically this is a good place to see both old and new works by potters past and present. I have visited before and what's on offer has never disappointed always something to be had and prices to match all budgets. I apologise for those that already know about this but could find nothing that seemed to be specifically related to this event – you may have guessed I’m fond of a Teabowl or two.

I read that as Teatowel exhibition.  Laughter

I like teabowls - my mum collects New Hall, but I assume the exhibition is of studio pottery, not 200yr old porcelain.  Happy
If you're going please take photos.

..well you never know what maybe on offer, could be some 200 year old porcelain even tea towels but mostly studio pottery teabowls. I will be attending but not until the Sunday so if anyone beats me there and could get some early snaps that would be great.

It appears to be my little "do" that we are talking about here and they are all studio pottery - over 200 at the last count, with over 50 Japanese, mostly with their boxes.

Teatowels can be provided if you wish to help with the washing up.

I would help, but I assume it would be very expensive if we broke any.  Laughter

I've already broken one but there are breakages to suit all pockets - starting at a fiver.

I'm not planning a specific one but there are a number in the exhibition tomorrow (including on my bargain shelves).
