C20th Chinese famille rose vase
hello all
I am looking for somebody who has a good knowledge on Chinese ceramics to help me on this one.
I would be grateful if someone could give me an approximate date of manufacture on this vase , i am thinking 1930-50 ish????
please only post if you know for sure or are educated on Chinese ceramics as i have already been round the houses on google to no great avail and don't think i can bare any more...lol

I think that it is best to assume that every Chinese pot you see was made yesterday. Then 999 times out of 1000 you are going to be right.

Looks hand painted, so still a nice decorative piece.

has a tongzhi rubber seal mark on the base, but I think its later then that...

very tricky to date chinese item's sometimes... sometimes the painting's, colour, style and sign of age, does give you some cue.
