I'm not 100% sure about the attribution. It doesn't fit the description of her work in the Marks book: handbuilt figurative stoneware; smaller slipcast and raku.

The mark seemed a perfect match at the time.
There are several MW potters, Marilyn Williams' mark is close but not exact.

A vase with a very similar mark has turned up with a label for Margaret Way, Cornwall. She made a lot of pottery for flower arrangers

Unlikely to be by Marilyn Williams as her MW letters were inset rather than raised
