Any other info much appreciated

Re: Biot Pottery (France)
There’s not much online. It seems it’s a place in France that has a long history of pottery making. A company must have set up in the early or middle of the 20thC to carry on making the same style of pottery
The "biot" is a name and style of pottery which has been used since the 16th century. It is also an area in Provence-Alpes-Cote d'Azur near Cannes in the south of France. The shape of the French Pot makes it special, with the rim glazed and often dripping down its sides. Biot is known for its antique terracotta pots which can be seen along the French Cote d'Azur into the adjacent Italian area, Liguria.
