I would say it wasn't produced in Germany... if this info might help. In Germany the silver glaze is mostly used on special porcelan for the 25th wedding anniversery. We call it Silberhochzeit (silver wedding)

Not sure that Germany was ever a possibility, but Austria would have
been (my grandfather's family spent some years in Vienna as his father
was a minister for the church of Scotland in the embassy there).
