Hello, Can anyone identify the artisan signature on this exquisite middle eastern chased (Ottoman or Qajar Persia?) dallah teapot? Any assistance would be greatly appreciated! Thank you! David.

I've seen these called Tibetan milk jugs. Not an area I'm familiar with I'm afraid.
