Nice piece but is it definitely carved? It looks as though it may be cast in which case there may be a lot of them around

the back would have marks from a mason's tool if it were stone but it looks rounded showing it was not always solid

From the images I'd say cast, but its a little difficult to be sure without seeing and handling them. They can do some incredible things with concrete and other stone substitutes

Thanks bluenote. I used a magnifiyer ( 20x) and i see a lot of small crystals in it.

It's definitely cast - often listed as reconstituted stone. Without a mark I don't know who made it; there are a number of companies who make this sort of thing for sale in garden centres, as grave markers and other religious artifacts.
