I was thinking Germany for this one too, it's not marked. Some parts of the leg have been added on later.

Looks like the same composition as some of the German or Czech fairings from the early 20thC

Thanks, I'll look into that.

The Collar's have holes in them, perhaps there were once bells dangling from them.
