Re: Dartington Pottery
I have kept a close eye on Dartington designs for the past 15 years and have not seen that design in that colourway so it may take time

Re: Dartington Pottery
Thanks for that Dan. Interesting site. Although it looks a little out of date as Janice Tchalenko died in 2018.

Re: Dartington Pottery
I'm confused by the first part of the mark.....i.e.on the left, and not the usual Dartington mark. Can anyone clarify?

Re: Dartington Pottery
The one on the left is presumably the potter, I have never seen it before so I posted a pic to see if we could solve the mystery

Re: Dartington Pottery
the addition of a potter's mark is quite common but that specific potter's mark is quite scarce I think

Colorful Patchwork Studio Pottery Tea Pot Signed - Dartington Pottery
Fell for this cheap teapot which was £1.50 in my local Hope House
charity shop today they were very quiet and i always try to buy something.
The teapot caught my eye for the colors and a nice design too i wanted
to try and find out if it was like more first thoughts M&S or similar or maybe
a better quality and less production intensive. The base seems to have a
painted mark and a tiny impressed mark on the foot rim which has been very
hard to take a picture of hopefully people can see this.
The teapot measures 16.5 cm tall x 21 cm long Thanks for you attention
