BWK mark or BWR mark (Goblet) Empty BWK mark or BWR mark (Goblet)

I'd like to think that it is a goblet but more likely its missing a lid!!

Old and rustic and signed in what i think is BWK can anyone place the potter of this well made piece?

looks like it had a ginger jar style lid
