I think it’s c.1970s from West Germany. There looks to be pattern numbers under the glaze on the base that are typical of West German production pottery during the ‘fat lava’ period. Unfortunately the numbers are too obscured to read; maybe Scheurich, based on the glaze, but I don’t think their vases in this shape were that tall

I also have some of them and am waiting since years to get them Id'd. The base normally shows a bird and a number.
