Big beast of a pot plant holder- orange and black Empty Big beast of a pot plant holder- orange and black

Hi kids, thought someone might be able to help me out with this big baby- I think it's missing the saucer but it's still a great find. Almost didn't see it, it was under a shelf on the floor behind some terracotta rubbish!

Any ideas out there as to who made this one? If it helps, the opening is about the size of a dinner plate. Shocked
