Turquoise Blue Bottle Shaped Glass Vase - Vintage?

I purchased this vase at a thrift store and I would like some help identifying the maker and possible age.

The vase measures 9.75" high, 6.5" wide, the mouth is 1.5" across and the base is 4" across.  It weighs approximately 3.4 lbs.

I found one reference to this vase for sale online, but it was only identified as 1960's Mid Century Modern.  No other information
was included in the listing.
