They were originally designed by Kurt Tschorner in the 1960's however the vulkano glaze was the work of Otto Gerharz , Scheurich took over the Ruscha Art ( the white bull has a RA label ) and Otto Gerharz senior after working for Ruscha started Otto keramik in 1964 , his son Otto jnr took over in 1995 , not surprised he is producing them as they look great , but it's the glaze that does it for me and that is on the early pieces that I have here .

A rare small vase from Ruscha – decor Filigran. Designed and hand drawn by Adele Bolz. 60s. Probably one of the most sought after decors in West German pottery. 7,5 cm (2.95 inch) high
