I only heard about it from John Mathieson , apparently it is fantastic , wish I'd known sooner , some of your fav potters a will be demonstrating too tudball for example , I thgink dates are 21st -24th july £15 tickets etc , but not 100% sure .

We've been a couple of times in the past and it's a great event for kids and adults - painting, pyrography, pottery, etc, etc,
This time I'll pay more attention to the glass and ceramics in the exhibition tents, although some of the woodwork is to die for.

Found myself at Art In Action today. Didn't have much time to look round, or get into the action, but did fall in love with a piece by Christopher Taylor. Thankfully he's letting me pay by instalments, and was kind enough to let me walk out with it with just a 10% deposit. I'm humbled by some potters' faith in collectors. I'll reveal which one from the line ups, when I get it out of the bubblewrap and take better photos, but I will say that as I was leaving a gentleman hurried up and said "you didn't just buy the # one did you?" When I said yes, he added "I'll give you £££ for it!" "Sorry," I said " you should have bought it when you saw it". Laughter
