Wall plate with cat - Bristolia, Italy

You may have already seen this on ebay - sorry if I outbid you Innocent

But I really do like cats.

At 18inches by 7.5 inches, this really is impressive.
It has (I guess) a painters mark on the front, and various painted marks and a back stamp on the rear.
The painted marks seems to say BRISTOL.D, which I think may be Bristol, Delaware.
If it is American, then what I take to be a date would be 1st Feb 1918 ? (2.1.18)
Does this look like it could be from 1918 ??

back stamp, 2 different pic's of it. I can make out P.T. in the centre - what looks like NO? (cant make out 3rd letter/number) at he top - and what looks like TAN (not sure about 'N') at the bottom. I've tried to make an impression and print that of this back stamp, but it is no clearer.

This dish really does 'ring like a bell' it has a very metalic sound.

If anyone has any ideas or thoughts I really like to know who made this beauty, which now hangs on my wall.

A piece of Italian retro, 60s 70s pottery from Bristolia which I presume from a quick search is the area in Italy where it was produced - anyone further information?
