Carafe with Flower design Signed BC Empty Carafe with Flower design Signed BC

Not sure if this qualifies as Sgraffito. It has a total of three equally spaced raised flowers around the body of the carafe Looks to be a well made peice, but then what do I know. Looks like the initials are B C, anyone familiar with this pottery?
