I usually don't collect plates, as they take up so much real estate in my collection, but this piece jumped out at me the other day, and for a couple of $, I figured it was worth it. Signature is WPS or Wmps Maybe the Wm is for William. The Blue is very bright in person, comes out kind of gray on the computer.
