From what I can tell it has an impression that says ''Austria 110'' was hoping to know age and value if possible.

it does look Austrian to me and possibly 1920's

I don't collect pottery from this period so other members will know far more

Can't make anything out from your base picture , I agree with Dan about 1920ish , possibly Amphora , but a clearer pic is needed , Value - no idea Shrugs
