Belguim Pottery vase ID please

Hi I'm Lorri.
I've always liked to collect things...mostly anything that just catches my eye.
I bought this pretty vase at a yard sale about 20 yrs ago. I loved the curves of the piece and my untrained eye thought it was perhaps Art nouveau.
As I get older, I crindge the thought of my kids taking my things and dumping them as nothing but junk, I've been trying to find out a bit more about this piece. and some of my other things.
I seem to recall a similar one up on Ebay yrs ago

Thank you! The font used for the "MIB" seems to be very common on these pieces. It's as if the same person over time did it.
Do you think the black marks were put there at the time the vase was make or could e that be something a previous owner might have put on?
It's fascinating how just the mark can tell a story IF you know what they mean
