Very hard to see, but it says 1002 at the bottom. Red clay makes me think of Sawa or Eiwa (Wekara?), but I'm not sure.
Any help on this?

Diameter is roundabout 30 cm.
Carstens could be, but I didn't find a design like that when I searched for Carstens.
