Small W German Jug Empty Small W German Jug

Here is a small West German jug, It is stamped 'Germany' all inricately hand painted in blue, browns and beige. I don't recognise the factory. Its tiny at 3" high. Any help appreciated.

I have had a similar vase Id'd as D&B.
