Art Deco Figure Dish - Thuringia, Germany Empty Art Deco Figure Dish - Thuringia, Germany

This was my Danish Sister-in-Law's, and was given to her Mother in the 20s, or early 30s, she thinks.
Any idea of maker, country would be much appreciated.
Stands about 25 cm high by 20 cm diameter.

porcelain, marks 5 small digits only, no stamps etc. = Germany, Thuringia, 1920s i think
