Any help with an ID for this vase & any relevant information on it also, would be greatly appreciated, as it's currently a bit of an enigma. There appears to be written '2/11 Rare'????? handwritten in pencil (please see photo's below).

Is it relatively light in weight? I say that because it looks like an inexpensive low fired earthenware product that was produced in the Potteries during the 1920s and 1930s.
