I found this piece at a thrift shop and would like help to identify it . It is about 9" high, pretty heavy for the size. It really sweet in person..I wouldnt think much of it but it is marked

Interesting. Reminds me of turn of the late 19th century Japanese brush pots in turquoise majolica. This one, though, is not as finely modelled so I'd guess it is late 20th Century Japanese or Taiwanese.
