It was/is in the borough of Greenwich is S. E. London. From 1999 - 2009 in Greenwich itself and from 2009 in the east of the borough in Plumstead.

She made quite a few of these and I have seen ones even larger ones. However, I suppose they don't come on the secondary market that often, as people bought them to use and they would get broken.
