Op Art Print 1960's Empty Op Art Print 1960's

Does anyone recognise this print? signed and dated 1969 in pencil, number 2/16 print run. When I removed it from its shabby frame I also found this architects drawing from 1953 for Council offices in Bristol.

Wish it was one of theirs! need to get it cleaned and reframed now and it should look good. Anyone hazrd aguess at the initials?

Yep its great, a nice piece of post war design. It says its a view of New Wine Street, anyone know the area? was it ever built like the desidn I wonder.
