Hello and hope your are all ready for the weekend
I have this small ceramic vase 5"
Blue lusterware not glazed inside or on the bottom handles are black as is the rim
Can someone give me an estimated date for this piece

I found a site that says the mark could have been used between 1918- 1930 or 1990 to 93. The dilemma is which date?

Looks Art Deco to me, so maybe 20-30s
