Well endowed studio pot bull with well clear mark Bison Buffalo Bull110

Another in my series of peculiar objects. Nice bull this, rough but with a great restrained use of glaze. It has a mark on it's rump - looks like an S emerging from an O. Anyone know this one? I detect the hand of someone who knows what they are doing. It's a very powerful bull.

It looks like a buffalo. It might be N. American or Canadian.

Oh yes, of course it's a buffalo. Damn - that makes it harder. Anyone know any American forums like this one?

Or a Bison, which is the same creatures as a Buffalo, Buffalo tends to be more of a North American term and Bison this side of the pond.
