Not Ernst Wahliss? That's what I was told by another group and that was the best fit so far. That Thulin piece looks like another thing entirely.

The production of Thulin has known 3 periods:
First we have ‘Victor Ducobu’ and his 2 children Arthur and Victoria (1887-1920).
2nd period: the ‘Société Anonyme Etablissements Ducobu’ (1920-1922). Managed by his daughter Victoria and her partners.
Last: the ‘Société Anonyme des Faïenceries de Thulin’ (1923-1971) by Mr. Léon Cyriaque.
Your piece dates from the first period, witch is known for this kind of decorations (see pictures).[justify]
