All I've found so far it it's likely to be made in the USA in the 1930s but that doesn't really add anything to what you probably already know.

What I know is that non-figural chalkware is uncommon to rare and that this one could date 1910s-30s.
And... the base isn't UNmarked, but what's there is not really decipherable. An underlined 330(?), most probably a mold number, and ???
