Chinese famille noire covered serving dish.
The mark purports to be an emperor's reign mark but it's not in the book so it may be later, ie, 20th Century.

On closer investigation, the mark is supposed to be Qianlong 1736-1795 but several elements have been 'msspelt'. That may be a result of it being a later, 19th Century copy, or because the Qianlong potters were illiterate and mis-copied the mark. You'd need to take it to an expert in Chinese porcelain at a reputable auction house for an appraisal.

Just to add, if the black sticky pads on the base are original then it's a modern piece.

I would think first half of the 20th century at the earliest to be honest, but maybe later still.
