ID thoughts on Italian porcelain pitcher

Just recently picked up this interesting form pitcher. My guess is late 70's early 80's. The mark on the base I haven't seen before and haven't been able to even get a thought on it. The Italian porcelain we see, is usually figural or tableware. There is a mold mark on the base but difficult to make out. 19/5 then a very smalll 0 just above and to the right of the 5. It is about 28.2 cm tall. Any and all thoughts very welcome. Hope someone has an idea.
