I have recently bought this interesting plate. It is marked as Luzern Handarbeit but haven't been able to identify the maker Shrugs
Any info would be appreciated.

Looks like traditional folkware.
Luzern would be the place it was made - The Lucerne area, Switzerland.
Handarbeit means handmade.
