Vase with marks to base 'Made in Italy' and what looks like ilcas (?) and jesto fior.

Any ideas

SICAS or "Società Italiana Ceramica Artistica Sestese". The company began operation almost immediately after the end of World War II in 1945 and continued through the 1970's. The company was located in Sesto Fiorentino, a municipality in the province of Florence.
