This vase came to me from a family member with no information included.

It has a mottled green, brown and gold surface with 4 gilt handles dotted with glassy looking raised cobalt blue dots. There are 4 slotted and raised medallions around the bulbous part of the vase. There is a good amount of crazing that doesn't really show up on the vase itself but impedes reading the marks on the bottom.

I tried to take clear pictures of the bottom....very difficult!

Is this an antiquity or mid-century? Why 4 handles? European?

So, help! I can't get a "handle" on where/when this vase dates from (forgive the pun Laughter )
Any and all information will be much appreciated!

Sounds like a four handled Tyg, or 'pass cup', that was filled with alcohol and passed round a group, so each takes a drink.
Here's a short history:

Not my area, but looks a lot like Amphora to me.

I can't really see the marks.
