Hi, this large cream jug has hand painted floral design on both sides.
It has DB & WI on the base.
My first impression was that someone has obtained a plain white jug and painted the flowers on after.

If they'd obtained a white jug then they wouldn't have their initials on the base because that would have been done before the initial firing.
It's a well made jug. Could the WI stand for Women's Institute???
