Well, you guys were much too fast on that last one so here's another charity shop find for you to work your magic on. Wheelthrown stoneware with professional-looking decoration of slip dots in blue on white. Single letter stamp, uppercase 'K' impressed into base. It was one of a pair, the other larger but same colourway. I'm assuming it's a Yorkshire-based maker and I have a feeling I've seen it for sale in gift-shops in the north. Not so much to my taste but it was a present so is now in the collection (and will be used with pleasure). 17.5cm (diameter) 7.5cm (height)

Well, I was helping a friend move house today and she gave me this mug as a thank you saying it was by Kelbrook Pottery. Lo and behold it's the same mark as the bowl above and blow me, if I didn't used to own another piece, since lost, by them that I bought in 1997 up in Wensleydale, so no wonder I thought I recognised it Doh! Still going strong after 30 years in Kelbrook village near Colne in Lancashire. Could a mod move it into the Studio Pottery area when they have a moment?
