Palette Dish with Drip and Pumice Glaze, poss W.German? Empty Palette Dish with Drip and Pumice Glaze, poss W.German?

Hello!
I'm hoping one or more of you may be able to help me. I'm trying to identify this large 70s era dish, thinking it might be German or West German, but have been unable to identify the mark on the base. As it is quite distinctive I'm hoping someone might be able to identify it.
