Hey I have this figurine that has Made in Germany stamped on the back with this mark on the bottom. I am trying to figure out who made it/when it was made. Thank you.

Looks like German hard paste porcelain figurine, Victorian-1920s, although since it's stamped Made in Germany it'll be at the later end of production.
They're the German equivalent of our Staffordshire figures. Churned out and sold cheaply for people to pop on their mantlepieces.
