Mystery German Hallmark on Plate
I am helping an elderly woman sell her antique collectibles and am stumped on this plate. The Hallmark is mostly worn. The front features a German home and landscape.
The back is numbered #5/154. The hallmark is worn to where I cannot read it, but hope that someone who is familiar would easily identify. Under the hallmark is MADE IN GERMANY and a 28 printed askew. There is an additional number (2556-D) pushed into the pottery.
Any clues would be greatly appreciated!

Always helps to have a photo of the front as well as the back.
