looks like the mark on the bottom is a rubbed out Troika. Perhaps real, or perhaps someone tried to pass it off as Troika and thought better of it. ?

thanks bistoboy... i see where your coming from because of the (ika) i saw that at first but i did not think is troika... perhaps a rubbed out name of the maker.... i bought it because is very quirky and my sort of thing...
