Unknown ID of a flask vase. Empty Unknown ID of a flask vase.

My parents keen to know anything about their flask. It is embossed or has raised paintwork on it. Purchased on a car boot about 40 years ago. It has no markings that we can see.

We had something similar recently (missing lid) which also looked to be porcelain with applied decoration. May have been continental - Germany / Austria - or Japanese eg. Nortlake. c.1900-1920s
Might be USA but I'm not familiar with those manufacturers .
