Familiar looking bowl but I cannot read the signature , any ideas ?

Any chance the signature could be Richard Dewar's? (Long shot!)

I think the pot itself looks somewhat right, but not sure about the signature.

Ah ! now Potty that was the name I was trying to remember , he did this kinda stuff and incised mark , but the start of the signature is throwing me , but your on the right lines pottery style wise , I'll have a look around , Thanks .
