A lovely stone & matt glaze and kind of calligraphy strokes inside on the white stone glaze.
A very barely discernible 2 letter mark inside on the base...could be SC or S 2 or ZK hmmm.

can't see the signature / sign propper....
could you try it with daylight tomorrow?
if german it seems to be a better german studio potter...

Very difficult signature have tried in all lights..I did wonder about Ingeborg Zenker...but this is nothing like her other piece i had. It's very nice - im tempted to keep it!
