ID help unmarked drip glaze? pot, FOX or FOY?
Any thoughts please on this4 1/2 inch tall pot which I believe is drip glazed? the mark apears to be FOX with sonmething above it. I have attached a photo of a blu tac moulding which shows the mark more clearly (although reversed!).I would appreciate any suggestions as to maker and/or date. Thanks John

I was able to find two potters with Fox as their surname. Jan Fox's work doesn't look right but there is a Youtube clip of a Steve Fox and that is a possibility.

It's made from stoneware.

Looks like Foy to me ... Maybe Laurence Foy (worked at the Russell Collins Pottery in Hook Norton, Oxfordshire in the 70's)
