les Cyclades Anduze France

Hi

I may have to post this elsewhere on the site as it's a bit of a hybrid!

Earthenware fish mounted on wood. Dimensions 66 x 18cm.

Fairly indistinct mark on back reads " LES CYCE ?? ANDUZE" -  I've discovered  Anduze is in the South of France   !! so at least I know its French -  could CYCE?? be french for a type of fish?

Its the best place for ID. A picture of the mark would also help.

Had a feeling that would be suggested - mark is quite indistinct, didn't even see it at first. Here goes - although not sure how much it will help !

Managed to find an image of something very similar on Google, will have to investigate further, and brush up on my French ( the translation of the page is hilarious!) to try and find its approximate worth. I rather like it so may keep it for a while at least.
